PIRAC conducts advocacy in order to develop enabling environment for non-profit sectors and to improve the accountability of non-governmental organizations. Some of advocacy themes that conducted by PIRAC were:

1) Advocacy for the Bill on Collection of Donations in the DPR (Rancangan Undang Undang Pengumpulan Sumbangan (RUU PS)) in the DPR
2) CSR Bill;
3) Law of Foundation;
4) Law of Zakat;
5) Study of laws related to non-profit sectors (taxation, public fundraising);
6) Improvement of the accountability of NGOs, the role of mass media in fundraising;
7) Regulation number 93/2010 about Implementation on Income Tax and Donation Incentives
